Heard Mr. Satej Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that he is appearing in the matter. He seeks some time for going through the papers.

I have gone through the record and the order passed rejecting the bail application, the allegations as narrated in the FIR which speaks about the role of the present applicant of receiving some cheques and amount in his account on behalf of his son, who is the main accused reported to have been arrested, I am inclined to protect the applicant till the returnable date only on the condition that the applicant shall assist the investigation officer and cooperate with the investigation. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Kishor Sampatrao Kirtikar, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount, in connection with Crime No. 145/2024 registered with Kranti Chowk Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for the offences punishable under Sections 316 (2), 316 (5), 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2), 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Sections 3 and 4 of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999, on the following conditions : (a) The Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer between 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on 12th, 13th, 18th, 19th, 24th and 25th of November, 2025 and as and when called, until the filing of the charge-sheet.

(b) The Investigating Officer shall make available the investigation papers on the next date of hearing. (c) The Applicant shall also cooperate with the investigation and produce all relevant documents as may be sought by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of completing the investigation.

(3) (d) The Applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any manner.
