When the order was being dictated, learned Advocate for the Applicant has taken instructions and informed that the Applicant has criminal antecedents, where a case appears to have been registered under Section 324 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 against the Applicant. Section 324 is also invoked in the FIR against the Applicant, in the given proceedings.
