These are the Applications for Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.0228/2025, registered with Majalgaon Rural Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 118(1), 351(2), 351(3), 126(2), 324(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, there was earlier FIR by the father of Applicant - Rameshwar Dagdu Aavale bearing Crime No.0227/2025, registered with the same Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 352, 351(3), 351(2), 191(3), 191(2), 190, 189(2), 118(1), 115(2), 109 of the Bharaiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3(2)(5), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(r) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

In the said CR, the Accused therein, i.e. the side of present Informant, had given an Affidavit stating that, the matter was settled and this Court, in Criminal Appeal Nos.507/2025 and 527/2025, vide order dated 15/10/2025 allowed the Appeals and granted the bail to the Applicants therein.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Original Informant in Crime No.0228/2025, registered against the Applicants, submits that, the matters have been settled and he has no objection to grant interim protection. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

[I] In the event of arrest of the Applicant, namely, Rameshwar Dagdu Aavale, in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1322/2025 and the Applicant, namely, Pravin Rajebhau Gavate, in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1257/2025, in connection with Crime No.0228/2025, registered with

Majalgaon Rural Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 118(1), 351(2), 351(3), 126(2), 324(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 , they be released on bail on their furnishing P.B. of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand] each, with one surety in the like amount each, on the following conditions: [a] The Applicants shall co-operate with the Investigation. [b] The Applicants shall not tamper with the Prosecution evidence in any manner.

[II] Issue notice to the Respondents in both Applications, returnable after four [04] weeks. Learned APP waives service of notice for the Respondents - State.
