Heard Mr. Fayaz Patel, learned Advocate for the Applicant, Mr. A. M. Phule and learned APP for Respondent No.1-State. 2.
From the allegations pursuant to the FIR, it is submitted that the charge-sheet is also filed dated 11 June 2025. It appears that there are sections included in the charge-sheet for offences alleged under the provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, (POCSO Tauseef
2 of 2 915-ABA.1424.2025 Act) and Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (SC & ST Act). The Application is listed for the first time today.

Issue notice to the Respondents. Mr. Phule waives service of notice for Respondent No.1-State.

Considering the nature of the allegations and the alleged offences, Court appoints Ms. Nupur Paliwal, learned Advocate to represent the Informant/victim. She has also been appointed in the connected Anticipatory Bail Application. Mr. Patel, learned Advocate for the Applicant has drawn the Court's attention to the order dated 24 July 2025, passed in connected Anticipatory Bail Application No.942 of 2025, where the Applicants in those cases have been protected by an interim order. Mr. Phule submits that he would take appropriate instructions also in this regard.
