Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicants in ABA/942/2025, arising out of the same crime, have been granted protection by this Court vide order dated 24.07.2025. However, the applicant in ABA/1424/2025 is not protected. He, therefore, prays for interim protection for the applicant in ABA/1424/2025 and further requests that both matters be heard together at the earliest 2.

Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel, following order is passed:

ORDER

(i) Until adjourned date of hearing, in the event of arrest of the Applicants in connection with C.R. No.188/2025 registered with Ahmedpur Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 64(2)(m) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, under Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(w)(ii), 3(2-5) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and under Section 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one or more sureties in the like amount. (ii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday at 11.30 am, until further orders and shall cooperate with the investigation.

(iii) The Applicant shall furnish details of residential address and other contact details such as the mobile number etc. to the concerned Police Station. If there is any change in the contact details, the same shall be immediately informed to the concerned Police Station.

(iv) The Applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the competent Court without prior permission, until further orders.

(v) The Applicant shall not contact and/or influence the witness/es and/or tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.

{3} (vi) The Applicant shall not come in contact with the victim in any manner whatsoever. If any complaint in this regard is reported to the police station, that would be a ground to vacate the protection granted to the Applicants by this order. (vii) The protection granted to the applicants ABA/942/2025 to continue till next date.
