The learned APP informs that the informant is intimated about the present proceedings vide communication dated 19.09.2025. A copy of the communication dated 19.09.2025 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification, which shows that the victim was informed to attend the proceeding. 2.

Today when the matter is listed, the office note shows that the Respondents are served also with the notice issued by this Court, however nobody filed appearance on behalf of Respondent No.3/victim. It would be interest of justice to appoint the Counsel to represent Respondent No.3. Hence the learned Counsel Mrs. Pooja Apache is appointed to represent the victim/Respondent No.3.

The High Court Legal Aid Sub-Committee shall provide necessary papers so supplied by the Counsel for the Applicant to the appointed Counsel for Respondent No.3.
