Heard the learned Senior Advocate, learned APP for the Respondent - State and the learned Advocate for the Informant. 2.
Since the Applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.0266/2025, registered with Anandnagar Police Station, District Dharashiv, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(2) and Section 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he has preferred this Application for Anticipatory Bail.

On 30/09/2025, the following order was passed : 1.
Learned Senior Advocate Mr. Maneshinde appearing online instructed by the learned Advocate Mr. Kadam for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant has removed Demand Draft of Rs.5.50 Lakhs in the name of Respondent No.2 i.e. Informant - Manisha Waghmare and the same would be handed over to the Informant before 3rd October, 2025.

Learned Advocate for the first Informant submits that, his client would be ready to accept the same. 3.
In view of the above, by consent, stand over to 3 rd October, 2025 at 02:30 p.m. Interim relief, if any, to continue till the next date.

Today, the learned Advocate Mr. Gajanan Kadam for the Applicant hands over a Demand Draft of Rs.5,50,000/- [Five Lakh Fifty Thousand Only] to the learned Advocate Mr. S. R. Andhale for the Informant. The learned Advocate for the Informant has no objection for protecting the Applicant in view of this development. 5.
In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the Applicant is protected by the following interim order till the Application is finally heard and decided.
ORDER
[I] In the event of arrest of the Applicant, namely, Prayas Alias Shanbhuraje Dattatraya Bhosale in connection with Crime No.0266/2025 registered with Anandnagar Police Station, District Dharashiv, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(2) and Section 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he be released on bail on his furnishing P.B. of Rs.15000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand] with one surety in the like amount.
