Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel, applicant deserves interim protection. 4.

In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with Crime No.0469 of 2025, registered with Loni Police Station, Dist. Ahilyanagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 119(1), 118(1), 333, 115(2), 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, he shall be released on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
