ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1501 OF 2025 :- 1.

Looking to the nature of the allegations against the applicants - Kishor and Varun, it is seen that there the allegations against them are only of giving fist and kick blows, whereas the grievous assault is attributed to another co-accused - Vikas, who is the applicant in 1/3

Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1503 of 2025. Looking to the allegations in the FIR, the Injury Certificate, and the fact that the applicants have no any criminal antecedents, I am inclined to protect the applicants till the next date of hearing, subject to the condition that the applicants cooperate with the investigation. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

A) In the event of arrest in connection with the FIR bearing Crime No. 0373/2025 lodged on 18.07.2025 with Chikalthana Police Station, District - Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 118(2), 115, 352 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicants - Kishor Baburao Kamble and Varun Damodhar Jadhav shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 50,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount. B) The applicants are directed to attend the concerned Investigating Officer from 20.11.2025 to 26.11.2025, between 11:00 a.m. and 02:00 p.m. and shall co-operate with the investigation.

C) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
