He places on record the communication dated 19.11.2025 issued to Kalyan, the brother of Applicant No. 1, Sukhdev, by the Information Officer, Superintendent of Police, Beed,

2 920.ABA-1534-2025.doc intimating that the CCTV footage in Crime No. 287/2024 was obtained from Basheerganj, Sathe Chowk, Beed, pertaining to the incident dated 03.09.2024 between 12:00 and 17:00 hours. 3.

The learned APP shall take appropriate instructions in that regard concerning the CCTV footage mentioned in the communication dated 19.11.2025 on the next date of hearing. 4.

Stand over to 06.01.2026.
