Learned APP, in pursuance of the notice issued by this Court, submits that the victim was served and informed about the present proceedings being listed today i.e. 10.12.2025. A copy of such notice issued by the Investigating Officer, SDPO Shrirampur, is placed on record and marked 'X' for identification. The learned APP further states that he has received telephonic communication from the parents of the victim, who have expressed that they require legal aid assistance.

Ms. Smita Kasture is appointed to represent respondent No. 2 - victim. The High Court Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee shall provide the necessary documents. The appointed counsel shall work out the matter on the next date of hearing.
