Learned APP submits that respondent No. 2 - victim is presently lodged at the Correctional Home run by Rescue Foundation, Hadapsar, Pune. Considering the said position, it would be appropriate, in the interest of justice, to appoint an Advocate from the Legal Aid Panel to represent respondent No. 2 - victim. 2.

Ms. Mayur S. Hange, Advocate, is present before the Court and is requested to assist the Court by representing respondent No. 2 - victim. Accordingly, she is appointed to represent respondent No. 2 - victim.
