1] After hearing for sometime, the Investigating Officer is present before this Court, who assists the learned APP informs that despite this Court has directed the applicants to attend the concerned police station and cooperate with the investigation, the applicants have failed to hand over the records of T.C.register and school admission register. The applicants are, therefore, directed to attend the Investigating Officer on 25.02.2026 and 26.02.2026 and

1876.25ABA hand over the relevant documents on that date, failing which, the appropriate inference would be drawn regarding conduct of the applicants.
