Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 24.11.2025. The learned APP waives notice on behalf of the respondent - State. 2.

Looking to the documents annexed to the application, i.e. the WhatsApp chat exchanged between the applicant and the complainant, prima facie, it appears that the relation ship between the applicant and the complainant was consensual and hence, I am inclined to grant ad interim relief as of now till the investigation papers are available. Hence the following order:-

In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 836 of 2025, registered at Kotwali Police Station, Ahilyanagar on 18.09.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 69, Jhs/ 1/2

907 ABA NO. 1918 OF 2025 115(2), 351(2), 324(4) of BNS, 2023, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicant is directed to attend the concerned Investigating Officer on 10.11.2025, 13.11.2025, 17.11.2025 and 20.11.2025 between 10:30 a.m. and 01:30 p.m. and shall co-operate with the investigation. 5.

The applicant shall produce all the relevant documents, if any, as required by the Investigating Officer, and shall not tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner.

The Investigating Officer shall make available the investigation papers on the next date of hearing. 7.

Stand over to 24.11.2025.
