Both parties have agreed that the matter can be settled if it is referred for mediation, as there are allegations of consensual sexual intercourse on false promise of marriage, and they agree that learned Advocate Mr. Rajendra Godbole shall be appointed as a Mediator.

The learned Advocate Mr. Rajendra Godbole is therefore appointed as a Mediator.

The parties undertake to appear before the Mediator on 19.01.2026.
