Issue notice to the respondents. Learned APP waives notice for the Respondents/State.

Looking to the fact that the counter F.I.R. is already filed prior in point of time that of the present F.I.R. which is bearing F.I.R. No.408 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025, there was earlier F.I.R. being F.I.R. No.406 of 2025 dated 04.08.2025. However, looking to the allegations against the applicant being general in nature and the main assault being attributed to accused Bhaskar Ghule and also the fact that the applicant was admitted in hospital and the medical injury certificate issued from Galaxy Superspeciality Hospital and Research Institute, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, which shows large cut injury due to sharp cutting sword 1/3

sustained by the injured, I am inclined to protect the applicant till the investigation papers are made available. Hence the following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Ganesh Nathrao Ghule in connection with Crime No.408/2025 registered with Selu Police Station, Taluka Selu, District Parbhani for the offences punishable under Section 109, 118(1), 118(2), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 189(2), 189(4), 191(2), 191(3) and 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 4, 25 of Arms Act and Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount, on the following conditions : (a) The Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer between 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th of November, 2025 and as and when called, until the filing of charge-sheet.

(b) The Investigating Officer shall make available the investigation papers on the next date of hearing. (c) The Applicant shall also cooperate with the investigation and produce all relevant documents as may be sought by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of completing the investigation.

(d) The Applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any 2/3

manner.
