The learned APP Mr. Joshi places on record a communication issued by the concerned Police Station Officer which shows that in pursuance to the notice issued by this Court, the P.S.O. has continuously attempted to contact the victim and her mother on their mobile phone, however, the said contact could not be established. The said communication is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

The concerned Investigating Officer is, therefore, directed to remain present before this Court on Tuesday, the 16th of December, 2025 at 10.30 a.m.
