Issue notice to the respondents. Learned APP waives notice for the Respondent/State.

Taking into consideration that there is considerable delay of about two months in registering the first information report and also considering the report filed by the police authorities in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.3371 of 2025, wherein the complainant has filed an application under Section 175(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and also taking into consideration the statement of one witness namely Pandit Sandu Tathe, who was a neighbouring resident who had seen the applicant shouting for help before the incident of cylinder blast took place, I am inclined to protect the applicant till the investigation papers are received. Hence, the following order :

ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Archana Subhash Rathod, she be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, in connection with Crime No.372/2025 registered with Jawahar Nagar Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 118(3), 118(5), 351, 352, 227, 228, 238 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 on the following conditions : (a) The Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Monday between 12:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m. and as and when called, until the filing of charge-sheet. (b) The Investigating Officer shall make available the investigation papers on the next date of hearing. (c) The Applicant shall also cooperate with the investigation and produce all relevant documents as may be sought by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of completing the investigation.
(d) The Applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any manner.
