Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 02.12.2025. Learned APP waives service of notice for Respondents/State. 3.

After hearing for sometime, when this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Applicant Nos. 2 to 4, the learned Counsel for the Applicants does not press the application insofar as Applicant Nos. 2 to 4 are concerned. 4.

Insofar as the Applicant No.1/Prem Piraji Ragde is concerned, the learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that Applicant No.1 was present in the Bajaj Finance Office at the time of the incident and was falsely implicated only on account of previous enmity. Upon a query, Counsel for the Applicants submits that this plea was

2 919.ABA-1980-2025.doc specifically taken in the bail application, however, the same was not even considered by the Sessions Court. I am, therefore, inclined to protect only Applicant No.1/Prem Piraji Ragde, till the returnable date. Hence the following order :

ORDER

(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant No.1 - Prem Piraji Ragde in connection with Crime No.401/2025 registered with Parbhani Gramin Police Station, District Parbhani, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) with two solvent sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :

(b) The Applicant No.1 is directed to attend the Investigating Officer at Parbhani Gramin Police Station, District Parbhani from 17th to 20th of November, 2025 between 11:00 am. to 01:00 pm. and cooperate with the Investigating Officer. (c) The Applicant No.1 shall not tamper with the evidence and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, apart from the dates already mentioned above. (d) The Investigating Officer shall make the investigation papers available for perusal of this Court.

(e) The learned APP is requested to make the photocopy of the case papers of the FIR No.400/2025 for perusal of this Court on the next date of hearing.
