Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 01.12.2025. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent - State. 3.

Looking to the nature of allegations against the applicant, which is common against so many of the nearby residents, there appears to be some doubt about the allegations made in the FIR, I am, therefore, inclined to grant ad interim bail to the present applicant, till investigation papers are made available. Hence, the following order is passed :- Jhs/ 1/2

O R D E R

A) In the event of arrest in connection with the FIR bearing Crime No. 0541/2025 lodged on 26.08.2025 with Udgir Rural Police Station, Taluka Udgir, District - Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 316(2), 318(4), 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant - Abedabi Chandpasha Shaikh, shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 50,000/-, with one or two sureties in the like amount.

B) The applicant is directed to attend the concerned Investigating Officer from 20.11.2025 to 24.11.2025, between 11:00 a.m. and 02:00 p.m. and shall co-operate with the investigation.

C) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

The Investigating Officer shall make available the investigation papers on the next date of hearing.
