Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 10.12.2025. Learned APP waives service of notice for Respondent/State. 3.
The learned Senior Counsel Mr. Deshmukh has appeared along with Mr. Bora for assisting the prosecution and a separate application is already filed. The complainant is allowed to assist the prosecution. The application be filed in the Registry. 4.
The learned APP is requested to make the investigation papers available as well as the CCTV footage in a pen-drive for
2 915.ABA-2014-2025.doc perusal of this Court. Till the returnable date, I am inclined to protect the Applicants. Hence the following order :
ORDER
(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicants - Mayur alias Mahendra Bhagwan Kumbhakarn; Supriya Mayur @ Mahendra Kumbhakarn; Chetan @ Chaitanya Bhagwan Kumbhakarn; Bhagwan Dhondu Kumbhakarn; Mira Dhondu Kumbhakarn and Anita Ganesh Chalse in connection with Crime No.392/2025 registered with Rahata Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, they be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with two solvent sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :
(b) The Applicants are directed to attend the Investigating Officer at Rahata Police Station, District Ahilyanagar from 24th to 28th of November, 2025 and 1st to 5th of December, 2025 between 12:00 pm. to 02:00 pm. and co-operate with the Investigating Officer. (c) The Applicants shall not tamper with the evidence and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, apart from the dates already mentioned above.
(d) The Investigating Officer shall make the investigation papers available for perusal of this Court.
