Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 04.12.2025. Learned APP waives service of notice for Respondent/State. 3.

In the meanwhile, as there was already an interim order passed by the learned Sessions Court dated 20.10.2025 during the pendency of the Criminal Bail Application No.2182/2025 before the learned Sessions Court, I am inclined to protect the Applicant till the returnable date. Hence the following order :

ORDER

(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Sanjay Alias Sunijoy

2 922.ABA-2040-2025.doc Vishwanath Mule in connection with Crime No.395/2025 registered with Mukundwadi Police Station, District Aurangabad, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) with two solvent sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :

(b) The Applicants are directed to attend the Investigating Officer at Mukundwadi Police Station, District Aurangabad from 24th to 28th of November, 2025 between 12:00 pm. to 02:00 pm. and co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

(c) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, apart from the dates already mentioned above.

(d) The Investigating Officer shall make the investigation papers available for perusal of this Court.

The learned Counsel, Mrs. Kale, has filed her appearance to assist the prosecution by filing Criminal Application No.4374/2025. The same is allowed and the complainant is allowed to assist the prosecution.
