Issue notice to the respondent. Learned APP waives notice for the Respondent/State.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits there are counter first information reports i.e. F.I.R. No.61 of 2025 and N.C. Report No.1133 of 2025 and that there is 12 days delay in lodging the F.I.R., the applicant being a woman is ready to cooperate with the investigation. This Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the applicants therein namely Bapusaheb Bhanudas Shelke, Raosaheb Bhanudas Shelke, Sachin Bapusaheb Shelke and Krushna Bapusaheb Shelke in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1494 of 2025 vide order

(2) dated 10.11.2025. Hence, I am inclined to protect the applicant till the investigation papers are received. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Jayshree Pandurang Shelke, she be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, in connection with Crime No.769/2025 registered with Shevgaon Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 118(1), 115(2), 324(4), 189(2), 333, 190, 191(2) and 191(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 on the following conditions :

(a) The Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer twice in a week on every Thursday and Friday between 12.00 p.m. to 02.00 p.m. and as and when called, until the filing of charge-sheet. (b) The attendance of the applicant shall be treated as deem custody for the purpose of Section 23 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.

(c) The Investigating Officer shall make available the investigation papers on the next date of hearing. (d) The Applicant shall also cooperate with the investigation and produce all relevant documents as may be sought by the

(3) Investigating Officer for the purpose of completing the investigation.

(e) The Applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any manner.

Stand over to 15.12.2025.

The application for assist to prosecution is filed by Mr. N.B. Narwade on behalf of the complainant being Criminal Application No.4406 of 2025. The application is allowed and disposed of. The complainant is allowed to intervene in the matter. 6.

Learned counsel for the applicant to take necessary steps to implead the complainant as party respondent in present anticipatory bail application.
