Learned counsel for the applicant points out that the cause list reflects the name of the learned counsel for the applicant as Chaudhari Dhananjay Rajendra. The same shall be corrected to Dilip J. Chaudhari, who has filed the present application. Necessary corrections be carried out in the cause list. 2.
Oral leave is sought by the learned counsel for the applicant to implead the complainant as a party respondent. Permission is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 - State.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 16.12.2025. The 1/3
learned APP waives notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 - State.

The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No. 471 of 2025, dated 22.07.2025, registered with Udgir (Rural) Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under sections 115(2), 118(1), 123, 3(5), 351(2), 351(3), 64(1), 64(2)(f), 8 of BNS, 2023 and Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 6.
Taking into consideration that this Court, vide order dated 20.09.2025 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1614 of 2025 in the case of Keshav Laxman Rathod, has granted protection to a coaccused who is identically situated, I am inclined to grant interim protection to the present applicant on the same terms and conditions. In the meanwhile, there shall be interim order in the following terms :-
O R D E R

In the event of arrest of the Applicants - Vishwajit Keshavrao Rathod, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount each, in connection with FIR bearing Crime No. 471 of 2025, dated 22.07.2025, registered with Udgir (Rural) Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under sections 2/3
115(2), 118(1), 123, 3(5), 351(2), 351(3), 64(1), 64(2) (f), 8 of BNS, 2023 and Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 on the following conditions :
A) The Applicants are directed to attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer as and when called, until the filing of charge-sheet. B) The Applicants shall also cooperate with the investigation.
C) The Applicants shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any manner.

Needless to say that in the event of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the interim protection granted by this Court shall be liable to be cancelled.

The Investigating Officer shall make available the investigation papers on the next date of hearing. The concerned Investigating Officer is further directed to intimate the complainant about the pendency of the present proceedings before this Court and shall ensure his presence on the next date of hearing. 9.
