Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 18.12.2025. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent/State.

Taking into consideration the fact that the Applicant also had filed a complaint on the very same date of FIR i.e. on 11.11.2025 to the Superintendent of Police, Osmanabad vide an online complaint, which is annexed to the present application, I am inclined to protect the Applicant till the investigation papers are 907.aba2145.25.odt

received. Hence the following order:-

ORDER

(I) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Yadvendra Dilip Sharma, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, in connection with Crime No.375/2025 registered with Washi Police Station, District Dharashiv, for the offences punishable under Sections 140(3), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita on the following conditions:

(a) The Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer in a week on every Tuesday and Wednesday between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. and co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

(b) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, apart from the day already mentioned above.

(c) The Investigating Officer shall make the investigation papers available for perusal of this Court.

(d) The learned APP is directed to take instructions as regards the material collected against the Applicant/accused.
