Taking into consideration that the FIR filed by the real brother of the Applicants, namely Khaja Aminoddin Khaja Moinoddin @ Salman Salim Khatib, is prior in point of time, bearing FIR No. 390/2025, and that the present FIR, bearing No. 391/2025, is subsequent in point of time, and also taking into consideration the nature of allegations against the Applicants, which do not pertain to assault on any vital part of the body, I am inclined to protect the Applicants until the investigation papers are received. Hence the

ORDER

(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicants - Khaja Naimoddin Moinoddin Inamdar @ Nadim Salim Khatib and Khaja Aslmoddin Khaja Moinoddin Inamdar @ Aslam Salim Khatib in connection with Crime No.391/2025 registered with Majalgaon Police Station, District Beed, they be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) each with two solvent sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :

(b) The Applicants are directed to attend the concerned police station on every Saturday between 11:00 am. to 01:00 pm. and cooperate with the Investigating Officer. (c) The Applicants shall not tamper with the evidence and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, apart from the days already mentioned above.

(d) The Investigating Officer shall make the investigation papers available for perusal of this Court.
