Taking into consideration the nature of allegations that the applicant and complainant are cousin brothers who are fighting over a money dispute in respect of sale of a bull, and also the fact that accused Sharad and Pappu were already arrested and are released on regular bail and accused Meena is released on anticipatory bail and that the weapons used in offence are also seized, I am inclined to protect the applicant till the investigation papers are seen. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

[I] In the event of arrest of the applicant, in connection with Crime No. 953 of 2025, registered with Police Station, Ahilyanagar Taluka, District Ahilyanagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 118-1, 115-2, 352, 351-2, 351-3, r/w. 3-5 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, the applicant :-

{2} 931 sr.no..odt [i] Sagar @ Swapnil Sharadchandra Mhaske be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :- [i] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Tuesday i.e. on 12th, 13th, 19th and 20th and 27th and 28th January, 2026 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigation.

[ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

[iii] The Investigating Officer shall make investigation papers available on next date of hearing.

[iv] The applicant shall submit his Aadhar and Pan card to the Investigating Officer alongwith mobile numbers and addresses of two of his near relatives.

[iv] Stand over to 2nd February, 2026.
