The applicants have approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No. 0544 of 2025, dated 19.11.2025, 1/4
registered at Shivajinagar Police Station, Taluka and District Beed. The FIR alleges offences punishable under Sections 7 and 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988; Sections 14 and 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; and Sections 318(4), 316(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 198, 199, 316(2), 61, and 351(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.

The matter was heard for some time. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the State seeks time to peruse the investigation papers. Consequently, the matter shall be taken up on the next date of hearing. Regarding interim relief, learned Senior Counsels Mr. Deshmukh and Mr. Salunke submitted that several complaints were previously lodged by the District Bar Association, Beed (of which the applicants are members) regarding the alleged illegal actions of the informant, Mr. Satish Vasant Dhumal, as well as accused Sanjay Hange, Avinash Chavan, and Shaikh Azar Shaikh Babu. It is further submitted that due to interference by staff at the Collector's office, clients were bypassing legal channels to contact employees directly, thereby hindering the smooth functioning of lawyers who had filed appeals for enhanced compensation under the National Highways Act. The learned Senior Counsels contended that the present FIR was filed at the behest of the Collector with the sole intention of wreaking vengeance, and that the applicants have been falsely implicated as 2/4
primary accused. In light of the aforesaid submissions, learned counsel for the applicants pray for interim protection. 5.
Thus, taking into consideration the above submissions, I am inclined to protect the present applicant till the investigation papers are perused.
O R D E R

In the event of arrest, the applicants, Subhash Guruling Pisure (in ABA No. 2256 of 2025) and Shahadeo Mahadeo Nannaware(in ABA No. 2243 of 2025), shall be released on bail upon furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, in connection with FIR No. 0544 of 2025, registered at Shivajinagar Police Station, Beed,, for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and under Section 14 and 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and under Section 318(4), 316(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 198, 199, 316(2), 61 and 351(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 :- A) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer as and when called.
B) The Applicants shall also cooperate with the investigation.
C) The Applicants shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence, in any manner.

Needless to say, violation of any of the aforesaid conditions may entitle the prosecution to seek vacation of the interim relief granted hereinabove.

The Investigating Officer is directed to remain present in the Court along with the investigation papers on the next date of hearing. 8.
Stand over to 15.01.2026.
