The learned counsel for he applicant submit that the applicant is not named in the FIR. The accused named in the FIR are already arrested. He other two accused, namely, Dashrath and Ashok Pawar, who are identically situated as that of the applicant were already released on anticipatory bail vide order dated 12.8.2024, passed in A.B.A. No. 1193 of 2024. The applicant is not having any criminal antecedents and is ready to abide by the conditions.

Taking into consideration the above submissions, I am inclined to protect the applicant till the investigation papers are seen. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

[I] In the event of arrest of the applicant, in connection with Crime No. 0150 of 2024, for the offences punishable under Section 395 of IPC. the applicant Mirulal Bhila Sabale

{2} 903 sr.no..odt be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :- [i] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer on every Saturday i.e. on 27th December, 2025, 3rd and 10th January, 2026 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigation.

[ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

[iii] The Investigating Officer shall make investigation papers available on next date of hearing.

[iv] The applicant shall submit his Aadhar and Pan card to the Investigating Officer alongwith mobile numbers and addresses of two of his near relatives.

[iv] Stand over to 16th January, 2026.
