Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after verification of the Panchanama, the complainant did not turn up to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) for lodging the FIR against the applicant for about 14 months. The FIR is lodged by the Police Inspector of AntiCorruption Bureau on his own, after a lapse of fourteen months. 4.

The alleged verification was conducted on 7.10.2024 and the FIR is lodged on 9.12.2025, without giving any explanation. Rather, the explanation which is given is that the complainant did not turn up for recording the FIR against the applicant. The applicant is working as a Police Constable. Hence,there is no possibility that he will flee away from justice. He is ready to abide by the conditions that may be imposed by this Court.

Thus, taking into consideration the above submissions, I am

{2} 915 sr.no..odt inclined to protect the applicant, till the investigation papers are seen. Hence, the following order.

O R D E R

[I] In the event of arrest of the applicant, in connection with Crime No. 495 of 2025, registered with Raver Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, the applicant Suresh Rupa Pawar, be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :- [i] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Tuesday i.e. on 29th and 30th December 2025 and 5th, 6th 12th and 13th January, 2026 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigation.

[ii] The applicant shall give his voice sample to the Investigating Officer and cooperate with the investigation. [iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

[iv] The Investigating Officer shall make investigation papers available on next date of hearing.

[v] The applicant shall submit his Aadhar and Pan card to the Investigating Officer alongwith mobile numbers and addresses of two of his near relatives.

[v] Stand over to 21st January, 2026.
