The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is a dispute in respect of Gram Panchayat Property No.226 in between the applicant and the Gram Panchayat and hence, the applicant is falsely roped in the present crime. The applicant is ready to cooperate with the investigation. The applicant is not having any criminal antecedents. 3.

Taking into consideration the above submissions, I am inclined to protect the applicant, till the investigation papers are seen.

O R D E R

[I] In the event of arrest of the applicant, in connection with Crime No. 377 of 2025, registered with Ramtirth Police Station, Dist. Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 132, 121-1, 119-1, 329-4, 314, 296, 351-2, 351-3, 126-2 r/w. 3-5 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, the applicant Nilkanth Ramesh Patil, be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-, with one or more sureties

{2} 917 sr.no..odt in the like amount, on the following conditions :- [i] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station and report to the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Tuesday i.e. on 29th and 30th December 2025 and 5th, 6th 12th and 13th January, 2026 between 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigation.

[ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

[iii] The Investigating Officer shall make investigation papers available on next date of hearing.

[iv] The applicant shall submit his Aadhar and Pan card to the Investigating Officer alongwith mobile numbers and addresses of two of his near relatives.

[v] Stand over to 20th January, 2026.
