This Court, vide order dated 13.11.2025, had permitted withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application No. 1973 of 2025, filed by the present applicant, taking into consideration the material available on record. Consequently, the application insofar as the present applicant was concerned stood disposed of. 2.

The co-applicant was granted interim protection owing to distinct facts and prior FIRs lodged by her against the informant. However, having regard to the role attributed to the present applicant, no case is made out for entertaining the present successive anticipatory bail application.

The application is, therefore, rejected.
