Heard learned counsel for the parties for some time. 2.
Mr. Hange, learned Advocate for the Applicant in Criminal Application No.648 of 2025 would file an affidavit to place on record the Shubham
31-ABA-37-2025.doc death certificate of one Bhika Bajirao Raut dated 27 May 2025. This is in response to the specific averment made in the Reply Affidavit to the Application for cancellation of bail in paragraph 6, where it is noted that the said villager Bhika Bajirao Raut died on 24 December 2024. Mr. Hange shall have this filed by tomorrow i.e. 8 July 2025 and serve a copy to Mr. Salunke. It is also to be noted that paragraph 10 of the order dated 28 October 2024 reads thus:- "10. The applicants shall not enter the village Mhalas Javala, Tq. and Dist. Beed and report the place of residence to the Investigating Officer." 3.
In the above context, it appears that the Applicant has entered the village Mhalas Javala, Tq. and Dist. Beed on different dates i.e. 20 December 2024, 24 December 2024, 11 February 2025 and 12 February 2025.

Mr. Salunke would take instructions in this regard. 5.
List the proceedings for further consideration on 9 July 2025. 6.
Interim protection, if any, shall continue until the adjourned date of hearing.
