The office note indicates that despite issuance of notice to respondent No. 2 - accused vide order dated 04.07.2025, though served, he has failed to appear before this Court. Ms. Khan Sultana Rahim, Advocate, who is present in Court, is hereby appointed to represent respondent No. 2 - accused.

The High Court Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee is directed to supply the necessary papers to the learned appointed counsel. The learned appointed counsel shall assist the Court on the next date of hearing.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that serious allegations are made against respondent No. 2 - accused that despite the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 24.01.2025 while granting bail, upon an undertaking given by him not to post any material against the applicant-victim on social media, he is continuing to post photographs and videos of the applicant. 4.

In view of the aforesaid allegations and considering the gravity of the matter, issue bailable warrant against respondent No. 2 - accused, returnable on 13.03.2026.
