In terms of the settlement of the parties before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave Petition No.370/2023, the present application is moved to grant permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- along with interest accrued thereon.

Today, even in the morning session as well as in the afternoon session, none appeared for the petitioners in the matter.

Learned APP states that in view of the terms of settlement, the respondent can withdraw the amount. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
