The applicant is seeking cancellation of bail due to overt act of the accused persons in circulating first information report on social media platform. It is fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the applicant that charge-sheet has been filed.

It would be open for the applicant to approach the Sessions Court for cancellation of the bail. The applicant is not aggrieved by order or condition imposed therein. The grievance is about the conduct of the respondent/ accused after releasing him on bail. Filing of the charge-sheet would not be an impediment to take into account the grievance of the applicant. The Application is disposed of with liberty to applicant to approach competent forum to agitate the grievance.
