Perusal of the record shows that this matter was dismissed twice for want of prosecution i.e., on 09.11.2022 and 08.01.2025. On both occasions, the petition was restored at the instance of the present petitioner. However, the petitioner does not appear to be diligent in prosecuting the present matter. 2.

It is noticed that the petitioner is again absent and not attending to the present petition.

This writ petition is pending on the file of this Court since 2016.

In the above circumstances, this matter is adjourned to 5th March 2026 with a clear understanding that if the petitioner fails to remain present and prosecute the petition on the next date, this Court will pass appropriate orders, including dismissal of the writ petition, in view of his conduct. 5.
