This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No. 623 of 2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to non compliance of the order to remove the office objections, the matter came to be dismissed. He further submitted that he was relied upon the documents which are required to be obtained from the office of Sub Registrar, Akot, which he could not get and therefore he could not comply it. 2.

The reasons mentioned in the application found to be reasonable, hence, the application is allowed.

The criminal writ petition is restored to its file. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall remove the office objections within two weeks. 4.

Criminal application is disposed of.

Writ Petition No. 623 of 2024 List the matter after vacation.
