In terms of above, application is disposed of. CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 324 OF 2023 1.

If the office objections are not removed within seven working days, petitioner shall pay costs of Rs.5,000/- which he shall deposit with the Registry within ten working days. Costs shall be remitted to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

If the office objections are removed, process the appeal as per Rules.
