The present application is being filed by the wife for withdrawal of amount of Rs.30,000/- deposited by the husband in this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.882/2025.

This Court by order dated 10/11/2025 directed the husband to deposit an amount of Rs.30,000/-. 3.

It appears from the record that the husband has deposited an amount of Rs.30,000/-. However, it further appears that Criminal Writ Petition No.882/2025 was dismissed for non-prosecution.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, respondent No.2 - wife is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.30,000/-.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
