By this application, the application is seeking extension of time of 10 months to comply the order dated 20.02.2025 for clearing the areas of maintenance to the non-applicant.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that due to financial crisis, the applicant could not be able to clear the entire dues. However, he is regularly paying maintenance of Rs.15,000/- to the non-applicant who is the daughter of the present applicant. The learned counsel for applicant makes a statement that he is ready to clear the dues within three months in three installments, he will deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. One lakh) in this month, Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. One lakh)in next month and remaining amount in the third month i.e. May 2026. The

The time of three months is granted to clear the entire dues.
