By the judgment and order dated 03.12.2024 passed by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Achalpur, the appellant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 332 and
2 9 apeal1.25.odt 504 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for three months and to pay fine of Rs.2,000/- on each count for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 332 of the IPC. He is also sentenced to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 504 of the IPC.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the learned trial Judge, considering the term sentence was pleased to suspend the substantive sentence vide order dated 03.12.2024. It is submitted that the appellant has deposited the fine amount.

Considering the term sentence and the fact that the appellant has deposited the fine amount, the application is allowed.

The substantive sentence imposed on the appellant by the impugned judgment and order, shall remain suspended during pendency of the appeal.
8.
Applicant/appellant - Sudhir Barkaji Manapure be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) with one surety of the like amount. Bail before the trial Court. 9.
The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
