As there was continuous absence of the applicant and his Counsel, the non-bailable warrant is issued against him. The report of the non-bailable warrant shows that he was not found on a given address and therefore, non-bailable warrant returned unexecuted today.

The applicant is present before the Court with an application for cancellation of non-bailable warrant issued by this Court.

Considering the reason mentioned in the application as well as considering the fact that he was not found on the given address while executing the warrant, the application deserves to be allowed by imposing certain conditions.

The non-bailable warrant issued against the present applicant is cancelled, subject to the penalty of Rs.1,000/- to be paid in this Court. 5.

The applicant shall remain present before this Court during the hearing of the present application.

The applicant shall furnish his detailed address along with the address proof and his cell phone number.

7.

The revision application be listed on 15.01.2025 for final disposal.
