This is an application for condonation of 41 days delay caused in filing this appeal.

By this appeal, the order of the trial Court rejecting the bail application filed by the applicant/appellant is sought to be challenged. Considering the peculiar facts, issuance of notice to non-applicant no.2 on this application may not be necessary. Learned APP submits that the Court may pass an appropriate order considering the facts and circumstances.

In view of the facts stated in the application, 41 days delay caused in filing this appeal is condoned. 4.

The application is allowed and disposed of.

The appeal be registered.
