By this Application, the State is seeking condonation of delay of 170 days which caused in preferring the Appeal.

Learned APP submitted that, the time was consumed in obtaining the sanction for preferring the Appeal, and therefore, the Appeal could not be filed within time. Considering the reasons mentioned in the Application, which appears to be just and reasonable one, the Application is allowed. The delay is condoned.

Application for leave to file the Appeal be registered.

On registration of that Application, notice be issued to the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

List the matter after Summer Vacation.
