By this Application, the learned Counsel for the Appellant seeking grant of early hearing of the matter on the ground that the Appellant is old aged person of 70 years and his retiral benefits are already held up by the department. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Appellant, submitted that, he is ready to file private paper book and requested to keep the matter after one week.

The learned Counsel for the Appellant, shall place on record the private paper book within one week. After verification of the same and after supplying the copy to the other side, matter be listed for final disposal after three weeks.
