By an order dated 14.10.2025, the appellant was directed to take step within three weeks. However, it appears that the applicant is unable to take step. By an order dated 18.11.2025, the applicant was also permitted to serve the respondent by all mode of service in addition to regular mode of service as permissible in law. However, in spite of these orders, it appears that the applicant has not taken any steps.

By way of last chance, list this matter after Christmas Vacation 2025. In case, if the applicant does not taken any step within a period of three weeks, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
