By preferring this Application, the Applicant/Appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 68 days which is caused in preferring the Appeal against the conviction. The ground raised in the Application is that the Applicant/Appellant is poor and old aged person and due to his financial crises he could not engage the private Counsel, and therefore, the delay is caused. Considering the right of the appeal is the statutory right and he cannot be deprived from that right, the delay caused is hereby condoned in view of the reasons mentioned in the Application. The Application is disposed of.

The Application for suspension of sentence be placed before this Court after the learned Counsel for the Appellant files copies of the depositions on record and supply the copy to the other side.
