By preferring this Application, the Applicant/Appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 59 days which is caused in preferring the Appeal to challenge the judgment passed in Sessions Case No. 441/2022 convicting the present Applicant/Appellant. As per the contention of the Applicant that he is behind bars and he could not arrange for the defence, and therefore, the delay is caused. In view of the reasons mentioned in the Application, the same is allowed. The delay is condoned.

After registration of the Appeal, the Application for suspension of sentence be placed before this Court. 4.
