By this application appellant is seeking cancellation of non-bailable warrant which is issued against him by order dated 3.09.2025. Previously also the warrant was issued against the present accused and it was cancelled and matter was listed for final disposal by order dated 06.03.2020. It reveals that due to absence of present appellant as well as counsel for the appellant appellant, appeal is prolonged and pending before this Court. 2.

Considering the same, we are inclined to cancel the warrant and therefore, application for cancellation of non-bailable warrant stands rejected.

The appellant is taken into custody remanded to the Central Prison, Nagpur.
